This is a compilation of selected tracks released between 1997 and 1999 by Steevio under the name Mindtours, and by Steevio and Charlie Henderson under the names Free Radicals, 3000003 and Mindtours, on the Torque and Roost labels. Its very much in a harder vein than Steevio's works after 2000, distinctly Techno with smattering of Hard Acid and Machine Funk.
